Return & Refund Policy at printfluence.net

Thank you for shopping with printfluence.net! All products are custom-printed and shipped via Printful on demand.

Defective or Damaged Products:
- Report within 30 days of delivery to support@printfluence.net with clear photos.
- For lost packages: Report within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Printful covers their errors with replacements or refunds.

General Returns:
- No returns for change of mind, size, or color swaps due to custom printing.
- Sealed items (e.g., face masks) are non-returnable for health/hygiene reasons.

Shipping Issues:
- Wrong/unclaimed addresses return to Printful; you cover reshipment costs.
- Unclaimed items are donated after 30 days with no refund.

 

  • No general returns: Custom POD items aren't accepted for buyer's remorse, size/color changes, or sealed goods like masks due to personalization and hygiene rules.

  • Defective/damaged items: Submit claims within 30 days of receipt (or 30 days from estimated delivery for lost packages); Printful covers errors on their end.

  • Shipping issues: Wrong/unclaimed address returns are your responsibility for reshipment costs; unclaimed items are donated after 30 days.
